Crop profit formula
Harvest volume equals field hectares multiplied by base liters per hectare and the selected yield multiplier. Gross revenue equals harvest volume divided by 1,000, multiplied by selling price. Net profit equals gross revenue minus per-hectare costs and fixed costs.
Break-even price
Break-even price equals total operating cost divided by total harvest volume, multiplied by 1,000. A zero-volume scenario returns zero instead of an invalid result.

One acre is converted to 0.404685642 hectares. Profit per acre is derived from the normalized hectare result rather than rounded field area.
Data policy
Crop yields, prices and recipe ratios are comparison baselines reviewed on 2026-07-29. Market prices are intentionally editable because they vary by economy setting, season, sell point, save and mod. Verify important decisions against the current in-game menus.
Production value
Processed revenue equals output liters multiplied by output price per thousand liters. Net processed value deducts production and distribution charges. Processing advantage compares that net value with selling the raw input directly.
Equipment comparison
Lease cost combines the entered base, daily and hourly fees. Ownership cost is purchase price minus expected resale value plus maintenance. Financing cost and lost investment returns are excluded unless you add them to maintenance.
Animal feed and TMR
Feed demand equals animal count multiplied by daily consumption and planning days. TMR component values are normalized against the sum of the entered hay, silage and straw ratios, so the mix always resolves to the total feed requirement.
Bales and greenhouses
Bales required are rounded up from material volume divided by editable bale capacity. Greenhouse profit deducts water, operating and distribution costs from gross crop output value. All capacities and production rates remain editable.
